This is Sweet Harmony Community Choir: an open access, warm spirited, light-hearted singing group, and Carmarthen’s only natural voice choir. We sing a rich variety of music from here, there and everywhere; folk songs from every continent, Blues, Gospel, the occasional popular classic and some contemporary songs too. We sing a capella (without instrumental accompaniment) and mostly in 3 or 4 part harmony.

Absolutely everyone is welcome, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced choir attendee. We learn all the songs by ear, so you don’t need to know how to read music to be part of the music.

 

We meet on Wednesdays 6.30 - 8.30pm at the School Room behind the English Congregational Church.
